Bio

Mandi McIntyre is an impact-led, transdisciplinary leader working at the intersection of international development, culture, and the creative and economic sectors. She partners with organisations to create good change through culturally connected, place-based strategies, and actively researches, writes, facilitates, and teaches in these fields.

With senior experience across government and non-profit sectors in Tasmania and Queensland, Mandi has led major multidisciplinary programs and advanced music industry growth—from strengthening regional capacity to supporting international export pathways. Her work has been enriched by immersive experiences in First Nations–led projects, as well as in South Africa and the United Kingdom, deepening her commitment to cross-cultural collaboration.

A lifelong music fan and creative at heart, Mandi produces playful, socially engaged public projects and ceramics, combining artistic rigor with work that engages and inspires audiences. She also serves on the board of Green Music Australia, championing music’s transformative impact.
