Bio
Mandi McIntyre works at the intersection of development, culture, and creative economies, partnering with organisations to co-design programs and projects focused on creating 'good change'.
Known for making sense of complexity, she thrives on ambitious, multi-layered projects that bring together diverse ideas and collaborators. Her approach blends academic rigour with creative energy, shaped by senior roles across government and non-profit sectors in Tasmania and Queensland, and deepened through work with regional and diverse communities across Australia and South Africa. She's the founder of Co-Kinetic, a consultancy that bridges purpose-led organisations with creative arts and culture.
Mandi has led major programs advancing music industry and cultural sector growth, from internationally renowned festival programs to export pathways, cultural diplomacy, and regional capacity building. Her cross-sector work embeds arts and culture across tourism, education, and international development. She's an active writer and presenter on the value of creative practice in society and economies.
A lifelong music fan and creative, she also produces playful public projects and ceramics. Mandi serves on the board of Green Music Australia.
Leadership and Experience
Alongside Co-kinetic, Mandi has held senior leadership and advisory roles across local government, cultural institutions, universities and industry organisations, leading strategic planning, economic development, sector development, partnership building and major programs.
