I support organisations to create evidence-based programs and build the frameworks to demonstrate their value, drawing on academic rigour and hands-on program management experience. I design and lead processes that bring diverse stakeholders into productive collaboration, building the trust and shared vision needed for complex initiatives to succeed.

Program Director - Major Cultural Programs, Events and Festivals

I bring more than 20 years experience of working with major events and cultural festivals. I work with vision, in partnership to create ambitious multi-arts programs which are First Nations forward, highly inclusive and showcase artists and communities of diverse backgrounds and identities. The aim to create genuine social contribution with high artistic value and genuine cultural export exchange through strategic partnerships and trade pathways is never far from my mind. Through my longstanding association with Woodfordia inc and BIGSOUND I have executive experience in:
