My approach draws from current evidence-based frameworks using consumer behaviour, economic and social development theories in-practice. I bring more than 20 years experience of working with major events and cultural festivals. I work with vision, in partnership to create ambitious multi-arts programs which are First Nations forward, highly inclusive and showcase artists and communities of diverse backgrounds and identities. The aim to create genuine social contribution with high artistic value and genuine cultural export exchange through diplomatic relationships and trade pathways is never far from my mind.
