Good Work towards Good Change.
Connecting organisations with culture, creativity, and impact
I help organisations engage strategically with arts and culture - designing programs, partnerships and strategies that connect people, ideas, and communities.
Grounded in experience and rigor
I hold a Master’s degree in International and Community Development and have led work across music, culture, tourism, education and economic development, including international export and partnerships. I bring sharp analysis and practical delivery to help organisations recognise and leverage the value of these sectors.
Co-Kinetic is a consultancy working with organisations, governments and industry in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Good Change, In Motion
Impact-focused and impact-measured.
We support organisations to measure and demonstrate impact through tailored evaluation approaches, including framework design, indicator development, and data analysis. Our work combines qualitative and quantitative insights to support reporting, accountability, and future direction.
Co-Kinetic can support your organisation.
Our work supports impact-focused initiatives across creative projects, cultural infrastructure, international development, trade and export, and other purpose-led contexts. We build practical bridges between mission-led organisations, industry and the cultural and creative sector, from local ecosystems to global partnerships.
Let’s Talk Culture
I love talking about how culture creates real impact across industries, and I'm known for making complex ideas feel exciting and actionable. I break down silos between sectors to find the common ground that makes cultural value click for diverse audiences..
I'm available for keynotes, panels, commissioned writing, radio and workshops. Here's what I'm into:
Why culture matters (everywhere) – How does culture strengthen social impact? Can we measure its role in education, tourism, or sports? Short answer: yes, and the frameworks are more interesting than you'd think. I help audiences understand the connectivity between sectors and why that matters for their work.
Understanding cultural engagement today – I bring current insights on audience behaviour and cultural participation in Australia and globally, with the context you need to see where things are shifting and why it matters.

Creative Practice
Over 15 years, I've developed multi-arts programs and participatory experiences that center play, connection, and genuine cultural exchange. I've shaped artistic programs for internationally renowned, highly visible festivals including Woodford Folk Festival and BIGSOUND, creating experiences which are First Nations forward, highly inclusive, and rooted in cultural and commercial exchange with artistic integrity at the core.
I've originated projects like Festival of Fortune, Monster Siege, A Village Called, and Jugger Siege: large-scale playful works that invite communities into shared creative spaces. I've also curated talks programs for Woodford Folk Festival and The Planting, developing series like Rites of Passage, Environment and Our Rights Under Law, Music Industry Export and Development, and The Fix Australia think tank.
My practice spans diverse contexts: developing engagement programs for children and families at State Library Queensland, including "An Extraordinary Day," a whole-library celebration of their 120th birthday; collaborating with shell necklace makers of Lutruwita on branding and export pathways for Arts Tasmania, which led to the "Luna Kunalartija" (Shell Necklace Woman) exhibition; and creating AIR (Artists in Radio), a local music listenership project in Tasmania.
I collaborate on guest curatorship, creative producing, and artistic program development.
In my own studio practice, I write poetry and songs, dabble in comedy, and work with clay, creating functional forms inspired by the landscapes of places I love, translated through glazing and texture.
